Ordering your wedding invitations is simple; download the order form, complete on-screen, print it out and sign and post it back to us, along with your payment.
Select the design and colour* if applicable, fill out the quantities and choose any wording you want then just fill in the form (if you are unsure of the wording for any of the items, please indicate by putting “to follow shortly”, or give us a call/email and we’ll help you to compose it).
Once we receive your order, we’ll supply you with a proof (within 10 working days) via email (so make sure you provide a valid regularly checked email address), for you to approve and send back.
Please allow 4 weeks from your approval of the proof to receive your completed stationery. If you require a shorter delivery time let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

* Please supply colour swatch either by email or preferably by post. We will try to match the colour as close as possible, however we cannot guarantee an exact match, and please be aware that some colours are very difficult to match due to the printing process used. Please enquire before placing your order, for further advice and information.
White flower cannot be held responsible for any errors after the proofs have been approved and signed.
Copyright:
All cards and designs on this site are the sole property of White flower and are covered by copyright. They may not be reproduced in any fashion without the permission of White flower. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.
White flower reserves the right to use or publish any design on the website or any other publication.
Proofs:
White flower cannot be held responsible for any typing errors noticed after the proofs have been approved and signed. Any amendments required must be marked up on the proof and signed for. Any amendments made after approval and printing will incur an extra charge.
Payment:
Payment can be made by cheque (made payable to: White Flower), by bank transfer or by credit card (via Paypal).
You do not have to be registered with them to make a payment, you just need a credit or debit card. We do not hold card details at White Flower - all credit information is processed at Paypal where information is encrypted via an extremely secure server. Payment must be made upon order receipt.
Postage/Carriage:
Postage and packing charges are £12 for an address within UK, POA for deliveries outside the UK. If you need your invitations urgently for a Saturday or AM/PM specific time we can courier them to you at an additional cost.
Cancellations:
If the order is cancelled, any work already completed at the time of cancellation must be paid for.
Delivery:
Please allow at least 28 days from approval of the proofs to delivery. If you require a shorter delivery time let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice. However once the order has been confirmed the prices are secure.
Copyright permission:
It is the client's responsibility to obtain copyright permission for the use of hymns or other material used in the
